ASTM F833 is the US standard consumer safety specification for carriages and strollers. It covers structural integrity and stability, brake and lock mechanisms, harness systems and restraints, entrapment protection and gap sizes, warning labels and instructions, and load testing and performance requirements. Compliance is mandatory for selling in the US, and we provide full documentation with every order.

CPC (Children's Product Certificate) is a required document for US imports of products intended for children 12 and under. A CPC must be issued by the US importer or manufacturer, include all testing lab information, list all applicable standards and regulations, and be available upon request by CPSC or US Customs. Our main loading port is Shanghai, China (we can also ship from Ningbo or Shenzhen if needed). We typically work on FOB (Free On Board) Shanghai terms, but can also quote CFR (Cost and Freight), CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight), or EXW (Ex Works) terms depending on your preference.

Absolutely! We welcome and encourage third-party inspections. We can work with any major inspection company (SGS, BV, Intertek, QIMA, etc.). The inspection is typically performed after production is complete but before shipment. If the inspection finds issues, we will fix them before shipping. We can also arrange for you to visit our factory for an in-person inspection.

If inspection fails, we have a clear corrective action process: 1. Immediate halt to any planned shipments; 2. Root cause analysis to identify the issue; 3. Corrective action plan implementation; 4. Full re-inspection before re-submitting for approval; 5. If necessary, re-production of affected units at our cost; 6. Extended QC on the next production run to prevent recurrence.
